Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags attached.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@vitalsurfgear.com If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on final sale items. However, we are able to offer size exchanges where the requested size is available.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to request an exchange is to email us at contact@vitalsurfgear.com with your order details and the size or item you would like to exchange for. We’re happy to offer exchanges for any unworn items with tags attached within 60 days of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Estimated Delivery Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination of your order. At checkout, you will automatically be shown the most economical shipping options available.
For international orders, please note that customs duties and import tariffs may apply. These fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
